How long does it take to find a candidate?

The recruitment timeline varies and depends on several key factors:

  • Salary level offered – the more competitive the offer, the faster candidates are likely to accept.

  • Candidate expectations – the higher the requirements for experience and skills, the more time is needed to find suitable specialists.

  • Working and living conditions – comfortable accommodation, meals, a clear work schedule, and other bonuses significantly affect response time.

  • Your company’s reputation – professionals check reviews about employers. If the salon’s reputation raises concerns, candidates may reject the offer.

The better the conditions you offer, the faster we can provide you with qualified candidates.

The visa process for Bahrain requires the preparation of certain documents by the candidate and takes on average 3 to 5 weeks.

⚙️ Important to know:

According to Bahraini law, the candidate must:

  • Undergo a medical examination at an accredited clinic (to confirm the absence of infectious diseases).

  • Obtain a police clearance certificate, translated into English or Arabic and apostilled.

After all documents are submitted and approved, the candidate receives an entry permit and visa.

The visa processing time on the part of the Bahraini government is typically no less than 21 working days, even if all documents are complete and submitted on time.

  • A legalized contract between the employer and the candidate (sticker from the ministry and employer’s signature are mandatory!)

  • Power of attorney (Wakala) for the agency (we provide agency details depending on the candidate’s country)

  • Enjaz (visa quota for the position stated in the contract and Wakala)

The candidate’s expenses for document preparation usually range from $100 to $200, depending on the country of origin and the cost of certificates and translations.

By international employment standards, these costs should be covered by the employer, as they are a required part of the official work visa process.

⏳ On average, the full process takes 3 to 5 weeks after the candidate is selected and all conditions are confirmed.

The visa application process for Bahrain involves mandatory document preparation by the candidate. These are government requirements, without which it is not possible to obtain a work visa.

📌 According to international practice and the regulations of most Gulf countries, these expenses should be covered by the employer, as they are an essential part of the work visa process.

If you, as the employer, are not willing to cover these expenses,
please inform us in advance — and we will notify the candidates accordingly. However, please note:

  • Most candidates prioritize employers who cover all visa and documentation costs.

  • Refusing to cover these expenses may delay the recruitment process and reduce candidates’ interest in your company.

after the candidate arrives and starts working.

Each candidate signs an agreement confirming that:

  • All work photos belong to them personally
    In case of any fraud, the candidate is personally liable

🔐 If it is discovered after hiring that the candidate provided false information,
your company has the right to recover all documentation expenses from the candidate.

We inform each candidate of this before starting the process,
which further motivates them to provide only truthful information.

Russian-speaking specialists are considered highly skilled and professional in the beauty industry. They stand out for their experience, attention to detail, and international work background.
As a result, their expected salary levels are typically higher than those of other nationalities.

Salary Levels in Bahrain.

Nail Master / Lashmaker:

  • Mid-level specialists: Salaries start from $1,300+%.
  • Top-tier specialists: Salaries range from $1,500 to $1,800+%.

Hairdresser / Facial:

  • Mid-level specialists: Salaries start from $1,700 + %.
  • Top-tier specialists: Salaries range from $2,000 to $2,500 + %.

Many salons offer commission-based bonuses for achieving goals and targets, making the overall compensation even more attractive.
We strive to align candidates’ qualifications with their salary expectations. However, if a candidate’s experience and work quality do not meet their stated expectations, this is addressed during the evaluation phase.
