We do not offer vacancies “on demand” from candidates; instead, we provide current and verified job offers based on the needs of companies. The candidate chooses a suitable vacancy from the open list — the decision is always theirs.

We highly value honesty, responsibility, and respectful communication. Both employers and candidates are carefully selected to ensure comfortable and safe cooperation for all parties. Therefore, in rare cases, we reserve the right to withdraw further support for a candidate, even if they are already employed.

Rude, disrespectful, or dismissive behavior

If a candidate:
- communicates with agency representatives with aggression or rudeness,
- neglects dialogue and rarely responds to messages,
- shows disrespect — we cannot continue cooperation.

Such behavior undermines trust and calls into question the candidate’s seriousness.

Refusal to Complete the Resume or a Formal Attitude

If a candidate:
- does not complete the questionnaire/resume despite being provided with the form,
- provides incomplete, overly brief, or inaccurate information — we consider the candidate uninterested in employment and not ready to approach the process responsibly.

Serious Violations After Employment

If an employed candidate:
- violates the laws of the host country,
- provokes conflicts, behaves aggressively, abuses alcohol, interferes with others' duties — we terminate support and refer the candidate to their country’s consulate.
