Application Submitted
Filling out the Application (Form): This stage is initial and significant. We kindly ask you to describe all your requirements and conditions thoroughly and in detail. This provides us the opportunity to quickly identify suitable candidates.
Work Info Shared
We hold a deep regard for every client we engage with, and our aspiration is for the candidates we present to you to complete the entirety of their contract or continue their collaboration with you. To facilitate this, we kindly request that you furnish us with photographs and videos showing the work environment where the candidates will be stationed. Additionally, we would appreciate a visual representation of the accommodations where the candidates will reside. Furthermore, we kindly urge you to share accurate details regarding your company and the working conditions in order to ensure transparency and open communication.
Candidate Selected
On average, selecting a specialist takes around one month, but in some cases it may take longer — it all depends on working conditions, salary, and how complete and detailed the information provided by the employer is.
📝 We strongly recommend that you provide as much detail as possible about the vacancy and all working conditions, so we can find a specialist who is fully ready to work under your specific terms. This helps prevent misunderstandings and early contract termination.

Interview Conducted
After you approve the profiles of our candidates, we schedule an interview conducted by our official representative in the form of a video conference with you and the candidate. During this conversation, all terms discussed are recorded and documented (both video and in writing) for further use in the preliminary agreement.
Please note! We request responses to the provided resumes within 1-3 days; otherwise, we may need to consider sending the same resumes for other open positions.
Offer Prepared
After successfully selecting a candidate from your end, the next step involves preparing an offer that clearly defines the following points:
- The position for which the candidate was selected.
- Duration of the contract and the vacation period.
- Compensation details (including base salary, bonuses, percentages, incentives, and overtime pay).
- Work schedule and mechanism for tracking overtime hours, if applicable.
- Additional benefits from the company (such as transportation to the workplace, the possibility of air travel, medical insurance, accommodation, number of roommates).
- The need to include information about the probationary period and its conditions, including terms of early termination of the contract both without compensation and with compensation after completing the probation period. It’s also important to clarify conditions for transitioning to another position during or after the current contract.
- Transparency regarding potential workplace penalties (eg, for lateness, improper communication with clients, client complaints, violation of internal corporate rules, restrictions on working hours, work quality). It’s also important to account for unforeseen circumstances such as illness or injury.
- Understanding of the presence or absence of collateral (monetary or documentary) as a guarantee of fulfilling contract conditions.
These points will be clearly outlined in the offer to ensure clarity and mutual understanding between the parties. We also request your attention!!! In the offer, you must specify that if the candidate resigns before or after the contract ends, they have the right to work in any other establishment in your country. However, if the candidate leaves voluntarily before the contract ends without any reasons, we leave the choice to you.

Expertise comes at a price.
As we carefully choose top specialists from Russian-speaking countries who are known for their meticulous approach to work and reliability, deserving a high level of compensation, we kindly request you to specify a salary for potential employees that reflects their high level of professionalism. Please avoid underestimating the salary, as this would be more advantageous for you.
Replacement Policy: First Month Covered
In the event that it becomes necessary to replace a candidate during the first month, due to the candidate's request and without any fault on the part of the employer, the process of searching and selecting a new candidate will be provided free of charge.
In all other cases, we carefully assess the circumstances under which the candidate wants to resign or the employer wishes to terminate the contract. If the resignation is initiated by the candidate during the second or third month of the probation period, the candidate is responsible for reimbursing the employer for the recruitment service fee paid to our agency.
Candidate Withdrawal Before Arrival
Please note that we are not responsible for compensating the employer's expenses related to obtaining a work visa or any additional costs incurred by the applicant, in case the candidate decides not to proceed with the cooperation and doesn't arrive at the designated workplace. In such instances, we will promptly provide resumes of other potential candidates for your consideration.
Conditions For Termination!
- The candidate's living and working conditions do not align with those outlined in the contract, and there have been instances of disrespectful behavior towards the staff.
- Furthermore, the specified earnings are frequently delayed or provided in amounts less than what was initially stated.
- The employer's demands on the applicant in terms of job responsibilities are exceedingly high, yet the offered salary remains below reasonable expectations.
- Should the employer fail to provide comprehensive information regarding the candidate, their living conditions, or the employee's challenging situation, issues can arise.
- If, after the initial one-month period, the candidate is found unsuitable, subsequent candidate selections will require an additional fee for the search of a new applicant.
- In cases where a replacement is needed, but the employer neglects to cancel the work visa of the previous candidate, we reserve the right to decline a search for a new candidate and terminate the cooperation.
