Our recruitment agency is focused on the needs of employers. We provide candidates of various nationalities based on your request.
Most of our active candidates are from:
Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, and other Russian-speaking countries.
If needed, we can also find professionals of other nationalities upon your request.
Below we’ve answered the most common questions employers ask before starting cooperation.
Saudi Arabia is one of the most complex countries in terms of the employment process.
Delays and difficulties in recruitment often occur, especially if:
The employer offers a low salary
The working conditions are strict or unattractive
The requirements for candidates are above average
📌 Therefore, competitive working conditions are essential for successful recruitment.
Saudi Arabia is known for high salaries — under competitive conditions, recruitment may take from 1 to 6 weeks.
The recruitment time depends on what your company offers, including:
Salary level
Living and working conditions
Schedule, days off, and additional benefits
In some cases, recruitment time also depends on the reputation of the salon, which is beyond our control.
Next steps after the candidate is selected:
Undergoes a medical examination at Republican Centers
Obtains a police clearance certificate, translates it into Arabic, and legalizes it
Submits all collected documents to the Embassy
A legalized contract between the employer and the candidate (sticker from the ministry and employer’s signature are mandatory!)
Power of attorney (Wakala) for the agency (we provide agency details depending on the candidate’s country)
Enjaz (visa quota for the position stated in the contract and Wakala)
Document preparation and medical examination take: 4–6 weeks
⚠️ Document processing cost: from $500 to $700, depending on the candidate’s country
The visa is issued by the Saudi Arabian Embassy in the candidate’s country.
⚠️ Important: The visa process is complex and depends entirely on the requirements of Saudi Arabia.
We cannot speed up the process or influence the cost.
The employer pays for the visa and related documents, as this is part of the official immigration process required by Saudi Arabia.
If you are not ready to cover visa costs on behalf of the candidate, please inform us, and we will notify the candidates accordingly.
However, please note that such expenses are too high for most workers, and in this case, they usually prefer job offers where the employer covers the full visa fee.
You pay for our recruitment services within 3–14 business days
after the candidate arrives and starts working.
We provide a three-month guarantee for each candidate.
During this period, a one-time free replacement is available.
📌 Please review the contract carefully,
which outlines cases where replacement is not applicable.
Important!!!
Recently, our agency introduced a mandatory condition:
Prepayment in the amount of the visa fee before submitting documents.
💡 This is not a payment for our services,
but a security deposit confirming that you:
Are serious about hiring the selected candidate
Are ready to pay the visa fee, as required by the host country
If the candidate has already:
Passed the medical exam
Collected and submitted documents
…and you cancel, the prepaid amount is non-refundable and is transferred to the candidate to cover their actual expenses for document processing.
After the candidate passes the medical exam and documents are verified,
we send you an invoice for the visa fee (average $500)
and provide bank details for payment.
Once payment is received, we submit the documents to the embassy
and begin the visa issuance process.
Our company doesn’t just provide resumes —
we present thoroughly vetted candidates, selected through a multi-step process:
We personally interview each candidate
Assess their motivation and readiness to relocate
Verify their professional experience
Evaluate the quality of their work through photos and videos
Our team includes specialists with extensive experience in the beauty industry, so we:
Identify real work versus fake portfolios
Evaluate technique, skill level, and style
Check social media profiles and request further proof
Each candidate signs an agreement confirming that:
All provided information is true
All work photos belong to them personally
In case of any fraud, the candidate is personally liable
🔐 If it is discovered after hiring that the candidate provided false information,
your company has the right to recover all documentation expenses from the candidate.
We inform each candidate of this before starting the process,
which further motivates them to provide only truthful information.
Russian-speaking specialists are considered highly skilled and professional in the beauty industry. They stand out for their experience, attention to detail, and international work background.
As a result, their expected salary levels are typically higher than those of other nationalities.
Candidates consider Saudi Arabia one of the Gulf countries with the highest salaries. Despite the lengthy and complex visa processing procedures, candidates are drawn to the country due to its financial opportunities.
Many salons offer commission-based bonuses for achieving goals and targets, making the overall compensation even more attractive.
We strive to align candidates’ qualifications with their salary expectations. However, if a candidate’s experience and work quality do not meet their stated expectations, this is addressed during the evaluation phase.
